Re: Joe's Jeans

I think its pretty much fact that slim fitting is more aesthetically pleasing than a "standard" fit.

I can understand some people not wanting to go too skinny.

imo, the most important factor in choosing jeans is the fit. Quality among all designer brands are relatively close(unless we're talking raw and japan). Some small design differences like back pocket and stitching, but not huge.

Don't get bootcut, loose, or straight fit. They are ghey.

Stick to skinny, slim fitting, and maybe tapered/carrot (haven't worn enough to make a decision, but they sound good in theory). Try them on because a lot of jeans companies say they are slim fitting or skinny but when you try them on, they aren't. They're too loose still.

Also when I say skinny, I don't mean skin tight. But If you can't see wrinkles on the back of your knees, you failed at jean selection.
I'm 5'10 175lb in decent shape and 505 straight hug my thighs when I sit. Def the slimmest I can wear without looking retarded.

True relig are brutal ugly IMO

levis 511 are pretty good. I like the 510's more, but for most people they should look good in 511's.

Re: Joe's Jeans

most normal dudes aren't gonna like 511s because the rise is low and the thighs are tight. im a skinny bastard with 22" thighs and they were too tight for me.

what says you, OOT f-ers? would you rather be caught dead in these:

or these:

Re: Joe's Jeans

To be fair, you chose a bad pic of skinny jeans. I can post a pic of really good skinny jeans and post a bad picture of straight fit jeans.
