Re: itt, you learn to cook proper eggs...

Ty for all of the great tips mentioned above. (sorry for the late response, been extremely busy today). About the sweetness, yeah I like them a little sweet. Not too much but just enough.

ELD great tip about the sweet mustard...Never heard of that but will probably try. About to go to the store and get my ingredients for this. Like I said this is my first time trying this. Will post pics if they are not a disaster

FWIW I know this is a Egg forum but found an awesome recipe for a cherry glazed ham the other day from "MR. FOOODDD" lol.. Sorry for the derail...

Thanks again for all the help, will update later.

you might just not like the taste of butter. cooking the butter down more won't really reduce the buttery taste. I would just do a mix of butter and oil and use less butter.

Pro deviled egg tip: crumble/chop up some bacon and mix it in with the filling or put it on top.

Poasting to express my love for this thread + the steak thread. Will contribute when I get back from Vegas on Sunday.

Also, in b4 our cooking turns into some form of this...

Re: itt, you learn to cook proper eggs...

^ lmao one of the best episodes...

this is how I do up my eggs..

first, start out with a bacon weave. if youre doing broiling it make sure you do a bacconn FLLLIPPPP!

Then do your eggs however you prefer. For me I like to crack two and swirl the yolk so it mixes with the white, then flip it in half, and flip it over after to get a nice even cook. Slap your **** on your sandwich, (bagel preferred, this time I only had toast) add cheese, any other preferred toppings (for me it's either tomato or cucumber) and can't forget the Franks Red Hot Xtra Hot, I put that **** on everything. And voila:

This thing keeps me full more than anything else, great way to start the day.

How many bacon strips is that Bacon weave? It looks a bit greasy
