I just got back from my hermit island where it rained so hard the planes couldn't even come. Y'know, the planes that bring mail and supplies and people to and from the island. My step-dad had to change his flight 4 times. Luckily it cleared up the day I had to fly out long enough for me to escape.
And I ****ing love the desert heat.

Meh, if his apartment doesn't care enough to fix the dryers so that won't work, what's it matter.
Also, the legality of it would vary.
Not exactly stealing anything, based on the description not really damaging anything either.

Just got back from the El-P/Killer Mike show. Really good. Was in a weird mood and depressingly sober, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I should- but if you like hip-hop, don't miss this tour.
I did this weird thing where I took 5 days off, was back at work for 4, and then off since Wednesday. I'm torn between really wanting/needing the structure of work back in my life and really never wanting to work again.

I really have no tolerance for Subway workers who have a selection of ripe and unripe tomatoes right there and just haphazardly grab for anything. The quality of a sandwich hinges wildly on how good the tomatoes in it are.
It leaves me having to resort to manipulating the situation by saying things like, "I'll take lettuce, and uhhh...are there ripe tomatoes in there? (as I crane my neck and pretend not to notice that an entire half of the bin looks delicious and the other half looks like ****)" Stuff like that usually works, but dammit the good workers will rifle through for good ones without being asked and the lazy ones should follow their lead.

Not everywhere.
In some places to be charged with theft you must physically take an item.
Some areas have Theft Of Services legislation.
Even then, depending on the wording of the law, this may or may not be a "service"
