Okay living in jersey its like 85plus humidity and it sucks, but I have a friend who lives in arizona and she says 115 is nothing because it's a dry heat. I call shenanigans, 115 is ****ing 115.

Well it's not nothing, it's a heat furnace blasting you in the face, but 115 in Arizona is far preferable to 100 in any non-desert state.

Heat index calculator. I think you'll still find 115 in AZ is higher than 85 in NJ. Closer to the equivalent to 100 with the 38% humidity (vs. 7% in AZ) that weather.com says you had today.

As a resident of GA who grew up in AL/MS, I've always found humor in New Jerseyers bitching about the heat.
Like that near disaster in Chicago, when the heat wave came through and temps hit 83.

As someone who works on roofs and in attics where it gets up to about 150 degrees I one up anyone who complains about the heat.
