This thread is good timing because I have been thinking of moving back home to the USA to play live and finish school.

I'm in the same boat sorta. I've been contracting overseas for over 2 years now and when this contract ends in Dec, I'm probably not renewing. I just want to play cards and work on other endeavors.

fwiw people I talked to in Vegas (lol sample size) seem to think Maryland live and some Florida games are the best games in the US these days.

I was leaning towards that area because it puts me near Md live,DE, and soon MGM National Harbor. My family is in VB area of Virginia so it's a 3 hour drive away which is kind of nice. Flights to Fl from MD/VA are relatively reasonable so hitting up seminole hard rock Tampa and/or Hollywood is always an option.

That and I can always ease back into government work if things start going bad.
