I swear there was a healthy snacks thread in here but I can't find it. This thread is not for those people.

I love the jalapeño version of these but my local stores don't seem to carry them anymore. The garlic parm is a fine substitute while I am not a fan of the buffalo wing version.

I loved these when I was a kid and picked up a bag recently when I was in a snack funk. Decent amount of heat but they do stick to your teeth a lot and leave a lot of residue on the fingers which seems to be a theme with a lot of snacks I consume.

One of the hotter snacks I've encountered from big brands. Unfortunately the flavor grows old on you after a few chips.

I've never done crack but I imagine this the closest thing to it in food form. Every time I get a bag I eat the whole thing the same day. The other flavors do not compare to the sweet and salty imo.

What snacks are you eating OOT?

I don't know if it counts, but the only real junkfood I plan ahead to eat is

after a hard night's drinking. It's healing and comforting. I'm asian and the superbowls they sell with 3 packets and 2 sauces can't satisfy me as much as those! I do add scallion though.

Andy Capp's and all those other things are great and all but I don't think I've ever actually bought a non healthy alternative in a long time. Just really hard to justify the 800+ calories and nonexistent protein when I can get edamame flavored in all kinds of flavors for a buck or two more. And definitely not a health nut and will binge on everything above you listed if I come across it at someone's place because they're really damn good, but I just avoid it too much to have any good input .

Edit: And one thing that has been driving me crazy is that Nissin Cup noodles used to sell a flavor called Seafood which had a blue label and was more or less minestrone flavored cup noodles. Yet there is not a single picture or reference I can find online. I've never not been able to find something like that online and it's making me question my sanity. There are things that pop up if you search if of course, but the one I specifically remember is one that looks exactly like "Chicken" "Beef" "Shrimp" etc except it says "Seafood".

HEB jalapeño kettle chips are excellent, and only 2 bucks an 8oz bag. Just about all the HEB chips are good, they have zillions and all for less than national brands. Like the Ridged line I honestly prefer to Ruffles.

edit: Walmart sells a hot dill pickle potato chip made by Deep River that has nice flava too.

Sweet & salty kettle corn is my favorite too, but I think I haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like. Always buy a boatload of them when they are on “buy 1, get 2 free” sale at Sprouts which makes each bag come down to $1.16. Can’t remember a single time where I didn’t go through the full bag in one sitting.

I also eat way too many Sour Patch Kids or all kinds of Haribo when they are around. The only way to stop that is to not buy them, which I got better at. But somebody gave me a 1lbs bag of Sour Patch Kids on Wednesday and that thing was empty by Thursday night.

Pro-tip

Take a fruit roll up. Unroll it. Line the inside with sour patch kids. Re-roll the fruit roll up with sour patch kids inside. Enjoy!

All I know is I need to quit buying Famous Amos chocolate chips cookies from Costco. But I can't.

The combination of chocolate and peanut butter to create Reese's Peanut Butter Cups is the greatest merger of two products in the history of everything.

As a young child, I agreed with this 100%. But then Peanut Butter M&Ms came out.

I have not yet tried peanut butter m&ms, but love peanut m&ms. Thanks for the recommendation.

I bought a bag of everything flavor last week, they were fine but not life altering. Would probably go original next time since I'm all about pretzel salt.

Tab,

Some things:

Stacy’s pita chips - Parmesan garlic herb
Stacy’s pita chips - cinnamon sugar
Kettle chips - most any flavor
4505 chicharrones - classic
EPIC pork cracklings - maple bacon

Tate’s bakeshop cookies - any variety
Pim’s biscuits / Jaffa cakes
Famous Amos cookies
Pepperidge farm cookies
Trader Joe’s versions of most of those

That sweet salty kettle corn is great. Their caramel and cheddar flavor is also really good.

Love Stacy's chips I usually get the jalapeño.

Combos are a definite classic. I stick to the pretzel crust.

Cheddar Chex Mix is a big favorite.

People make fun of me for being a grown ass man and eating these but Goldfish might be my all time favorite. The flavor blasted ones are great but leave such a mess.

Anyone indulge in pretzels and French onion dip? Great combo right there.

How about microwave popcorn brands? I usually go Orville as I feel like it's a lighter experience than Pop Secret.
