I somewhat agree with this. This one girl on my FB does that **** all the time and the food doesn't really look that good. However, I don't think i'd mind it if the food was really fancy/in a fancy setting etc and it was for some kind of special occasion.

Another exception is if you made something yourself which looks like top restaurant quality. But it's possibly worse if poeple DON't post a picture but just text saying: 'Eating sushi'. Which is also pretty common.

I don't mind the food thing if it's rare and something they made that is awesome, assuming it's not overly braggy.

I cannot stand pictures taken of food at a restaurant though that are only posted as a "look at me, I'm eating good food at a nice place!" as if the rest of us havn't had an occasional amazing meal before.

I think most people would agree that it's generally inappropriate to have pictures of dead people, especially dead family members, as your Facebook profile picture. That's just creepy, disturbing and weird. No one needs to see that **** in their status feed.

Nobody is hating on her for having a dead baby, they are criticising her for posting pictures of dead baby as her Facebook profile picgture. Obv.

changing your status to something along the lines of "thanks for the bday wishes" may seem like it's attention whorish to get more comments but it's probably the most efficient and at least makes them feel like you noticed

the pic is of an underdeveloped dead human being. While it's not that graphic and doesn't include the whole body, I would think a ton of people would be grossed out by it.

It's also an extremely private thing to share with people. I see she only has a couple hundred friends so maybe she feels comfortable sharing it with all of them but the fact that it was posted in here says at least 1 person thought it was not appropriate.
