Nah I think it's fine. Usually older people, family members especially, are just looking to snoop in on your business. One of my friends hooked up with a girl once and went on a couple of dates with her, then his mother friended her on FB. There's such a large gap between my ideologies and those of my parents & older relatives that I just don't want to deal with it.

Old people suck. Since they have so much free time, I think they are indeed out snooping in people's **** in order to judge them. No Oldies is a solid philosophy imo.

FU, I do that. Some of us are completely controlled to the point where we aren't "allowed" to have our own FB account so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Or you could have a wife that logs onto your (hardly ever used) FB account "to post pictures" once in a while, and when she sees a friend request from your one ex-gf that she absolutely despises, not let you hear the end of it for the next two days (as if you willed her to send it or something).

I hate FB.

The best part of yours is that it's so easy to tell which posts you write and which are your wife's. There will be a string of nice family status updates, with an occasional "**** u mariners" thrown in , lol

also would like to add to the prior conversation that mothers under the age of 30 with kids under the age of 8 are the absolute nut low when it comes to FB posting. they all feel an obligation to live blog every minute of their life.

it's obv cause they are home alone all day and lonely or whatever, but come on. of course each status update (some literally are about poop and pee, in fact many are) gets 86,354 likes and comments from their comrades-in-arms ("LIFE OF A MOMMY!!! SO PREC!!!11"), further reinforcing the behavior.

Then again maybe I'm just jaded and bitter
