Don't flu shots always cause you to get the flu? I thought they inject you with a few tiny flu viruses that your immune system then fights off and builds strength against for when the actual bug might hit you.

I got a flu shot once like 9 years ago and got the flu within a couple weeks. Haven't had the shot since and haven't gotten the flu since.

just had a similar one of these on mine, only it was a baby that was all bruised and had stitches on its face...

a flu shot does contain the flu virus, but it has been inactivated and is unable to infect you. you cannot get the flu from a flu shot.
