I disagree as to the commonly held understanding of the word
I will try my best though in future to wrap my head around the concept of a word meaning something slightly different to the dictionary definition to most people. Though it's confusing and intimidating when you use super fancy phrases like "fluidity of langauge"
edit: to be more constructive, as you seem to think xenophobe doesn't imply fear or lack of fear, can you find me a more accurate word implying there is no fear, simply hate/dislike
