He wasn't a good speaker but I see no specific mention of stuttering. He could just as well have had a lisp, or he couldn't pronounce his r's, or maybe he misused words a lot and had a poor vocabulary, etc. Though in the last case he'd do fine as long as God was feeding him the lines.

White is a meaningless term. Of course you can be racist towards Russians if you are not Russian. Is the whole world either black, white, yellow or brown? Also 'racism' isn't even strictly about race in the modern sense anyway.

while you guys are arguing semantics and ****, I am a xenophobe, but I'm looking for a more accurate word to describe myself as I don't fear any particular culuture nor do I worry my own culture is threatened. Anyone?

Example: I have some level of hate for mainland Chinese people as you can be standing in a line 2 people deep (you are the second) and a dude will just walk up and cut in front of you. They usually don't que in a fair fashion

Also, French people. They often won't speak English to you even though you are struggling like a mother ****er to communicate in French and they speak very good English. It's like an ego thing or something to them

You may find a dictionary definition of "xenophobe" that defines it as "one who fears foreign cultures because they threaten his own" but the more commonly held understanding of the word is simply a connotation for disliking the foreign, regardless of the reason. I would suggest that a better word for you is "uneducated" since you don't seem to have a good understanding of the fluidity of language (or the nuances of other cultures).
