Ok time for a trip report. So I personally never had any visuals at first and I was really bummed about it. My brothers started tripping their balls off though within about an hour and a half into it. We made a fire in the backyard at first and it was a lot of fun dousing the flames with lighter fluid, but I'm a pyro at heart. About 3 hours into it I still wasn't having any visuals and my bros were like, "How do you not see what I see?!" So we decided to each take another hit.

By this time, it's about 2:15 am and we decide to take a hike. There's a lot of open chapparal near us so we just start hiking. After about a hundred yards it feels like we're in the wilderness and so we lay down and watch the stars. My youngest brother could barely walk by this point and was constantly muttering to himself saying, "Woah.... WOAH!!!!.... woaaaahhhhhh..." I was pretty frustrated at this point because I was only getting a body high and all of my senses were off a bit. For example, I kept losing my sense of direction, couldn't tell where noises were coming from, etc. So it's like 2:30am by now and I decide to make a booty call. I tell her I dropped acid but that I'm fine and she comes over. (Maybe I'll show a pic).

Anyways, this is where my trip actually gets really cool. She gets over around 3:15 and we start hooking up. It's really dark with no lights on and I have her get on top because I say the drugs are ****ing with my body too hard. What was weird is that it was super easy to keep a hard on while on acid. It was like popping a viagra and was at full mast without even trying. So... she's on top for about fifteen minutes and this is when **** gets weird. I start getting all sorts of random flashes in my head of naked chicks, porn, and all sorts of sexual images of chicks I don't know where from. I mean I was getting images of porn I looked at years ago as well as just that day. It was like having sex with 50 different chicks at once. Anyways, I eventually started doing her doggy style and she was drunk so we went pretty rough and it was pretty ****ing cool. I felt like I was ****ing a black chick, asian, big titty, small titty, milf, teen, hot white chick all at once.

After we were done with that, I layed in bed all morning till about 8am when I finally got a couple hours of sleep. My legs were totally uncomfortable the entire time and my brain was just cracked out. It's like taking E mixed with uppers.

All in all, I'm looking forward to doing it again so I can trip like a mofo and will try some other things to do the next time. I didn't trip like when I've been on shrooms but I still enjoyed myself.

Empty stomach should not matter - you don't want to swallow, it should be dissolved under your tongue (if it's blotter, put it under your tongue for several minutes, before swallowing).

Oh and I spoke with my uncle afterwards who has tripped well over a hundred times and he said that it's very common for people to not trip hard their first time. He said it has happened to a few of his friends, so I'm hopeful for the next time. I also know that my source is a legit one, and it's good stuff.

I wouldn't stress to much about the visuals. They get boring fairly quickly. Far more interesting to me was crazy conversations with like-minded weird friends. Or hiking or sex or other active stuff. Sounds like you had a cool time and you have the right attitude for it. You have to be able to just bounce along with the flow. Control freaks generally have a real tough time with tripping.

You might try shrooms for a more mellow trip that doesn't take a whole weekend to get back to normal. Or ketamine if you want a true out of body experience. Or 8oz of Robitussin for the most effed-up freaky scary trip you can imagine.

what would be best drug to consume besides pot/alchi on a 4 day houseboat trip on lake powell? ex, acid, or shrooms?

The real question isn't what drug is best in this environment, but what drug do you like the most? You'll probably have the best time on that.

If you take a psychedelic make sure everyone is a strong swimmer, or you have someone who is kind of nitty about water safety with you. Underwater sounds just about the worst place to panic. Besides that I think it would be really fun.

I think E wins in most scenarios, including that one. Shrooms are cool too. I'd avoid acid unless everyone is very laid back on it (which you never know until you do it - although high-strung people tend to be the same on acid). And even then I think the other two are a lot more fun.

Best thing to do with shrooms is to make tea with them. Eliminates the nasty taste and all of the toxins you get when you eat them. Chicks won't puke on tea, like they often do eating them. Which is a plus. The high is shorter and more euphoric, but less trippy. So if you're into long and trippy, eating them might be better. Never ever smoke the shrooms. Bad buzz.

First time I saw From Dusk 'Til Dawn was when I was on acid and it was much more awesome than it would have been if I weren't.

How is suzzer not a mod of the drug forum yet? So much wisdom. I second the shroom tea, its easy to make, tastes good, and the initial quease is not as bad.

I say E. It's great anywhere, anytime. You're pretty much guaranteed to have a great time when that seratonin gets dumped (if the pill is pure, meth sucks). With shrooms/acid theres always a small chance of a bad trip so I'd go w/ E if multiple people are going to be doing the drugs.

As much as I think I'd like to try something like this from time to time, this statement right here pretty much sums up why I never will. I just can't see myself having as good a trip on it as everyone else does. I'd be way too worried about everything.
