Turning a PDF into a book - Noob questions

So I downloaded this awesome 500+ page NFL football preview magazine but I just hate reading it on my computer and wanna get it printed out and binded but Im totally clueless
Guy at the print shop says for color its gonna be like $125-$150
Is that nuts or pretty standard, or should I use one of these random places I find when I google search
There seems to be someone who knows something about everything on this site so hopefully one of you guys come across this post lol always had great success getting help from the forum here on random stuff like this over the years thanks a lot

Just have it printed in black and white. I use kinkos and Office Depot mostly.
Buy a ream on pre-punched 3- hole paper and a binder to keep it organized.
If you want diagrams or something in color it won’t be that much to just add it.
It used to be like 5 cents per page but everything has gone up
