"Mayor DiBlasio" calling in to swear at High Pitch was sensational.

Is it even the slightest bit fresh? I can't imagine his shtick having any kind of playback quality for anyone over 15, though admittedly I haven't listened since I was right around that age.
LOL indeed

Norm Mcdonald it was terrific on Monday September 19th. His telling of the dirty Johnny joke was a classic.

Norm's appearances are amazing...but they were even better when Artie was there telling everyone about his insane gambling stories...such great stuff. Saw Norm live once and it was phenomenal.

Buddy of mine once shot dice next to Norm in Vegas, says he was a nice guy.

i laughed at the dirty johnny joke but i was mostly laughing at how norm was hijacking a usually fast-paced edgy show to tell a long meandering story as if he's sitting in a nursing home rocking chair. like i was imagining howard realizing there's no way he can stop this or speed it up at all once he got like 2 minutes into it. the audience was plot committed

it reminded me of gilbert's "elderly groucho" impression

robin is so hilarious, she knows so little about her news stories even the slightest question stumps her. like, already a news article is a distillation of a story, but robin doesn't even seem to be processing the distillation of the story, she's basically just reading headlines with one additional sentence. how hard is her job? she gets paid so much, the least she could do is keep herself informed it's wack-pack ridiculous, the level at which she's phoning it in

Have you ever had sexual thoughts about Jackie Martling?

Maybe news is slow due to the holidays, but I saw news of Joey's passing EVERYWHERE, and I'm talking places like Yahoo, Google News.

Somehow HPE will probably outlive them all, which is crazy when you think of it......

Who's everyone got in the wack pack death pool? Listening today I did find myself thinking there's a good case to be made for many of the staff's selections. But like I said in my post last week I think HPE outlives them all.

Without sounding too morbid, if suicide counts I'd probably go with Underdog Lady, since she's clearly imbalanced plus she has regular health issues. I also think Jon Hein's choice of Nicole Bass was sneaky good.

I also liked the Daniel Carver choice. Is Elliot still alive by the way?

Can someone tell me who it is doing these pranks at the beginning of this clip and the other one starting at 4:20? NSFW language obviously. It sounds like he's mimicking the host and I find it hilarious. Is Angry Political Guy the host they are messing with?

So I got a new car and with it came a 3 month subscription to Sirius. Got to listen to Stern for the first time since soon after Artie left and I cancelled my subscription.

My first commute was filled with nothing but Howard complaining about having trouble sleeping and Supergirl. Not off to a good start.

They cancelled the pool because Sal had an attack of conscience. RIP Nicole
