As soon as i saw he wasn't paying I didnt let her continue to work and notified her boss with an official letter in which I reminded him of his boss duties that he neglected and that my wife didn't just quit.

got meeting on thirsday : wasnt at all what i expected , it was supposed to be an emergency meeting to solve the problem instead it was counseling.

cliff notes :
- owner lied about the first 3 days my wife worked pretending she came to look around the restaurant and left the first day and really started only 3 days later.
plot twist that moron took my wife home those 3 days at the end of the day and even met me the first day, he pretended in front of the counselor that he didnt meet me and discuss my wife employement and that i had no clue where my wife was but not at his restaurant.

- owner lied about the ammount of hours: pretending my wife had 1 hour break for lunch and dinner when she was working 11am-2PM 6PM-11PM. yeah right when you work 3 hours you ll take a 1 hour break in the middle effectively working only 2 hours that makes so much sense

- owner lied that we tried to blackmail him to pay us under the table , when i have 4 or 5 proof i asked for legit papers all the time and contacted different office to get that.

- Counsellors stopped him a few times reminding him that he better not lie in front of the court later

- Counsellors stopped the meeting asking him to really consider paying my wife everything i asked instead of beeing a moron a losing a ton of money to a lawyer and risking his company, reminding him that if it is an ego matter he was taking some really big risk for it

- Counsellors asked me if i was ready to settle today i said that i was ok if he payed all the money he owed + 500€ instead of the 1500€ penality i was asking for at first if he settled that day. obviously the moron refused and want to go to court saying he rather pay some lawyers than my wife.

I requested another emergency meeting for salary and paperwork that werent given yet and will definitly continue for the penalty + he ll likely get a ton of fine for alot of stuff that was ****ed up even if that take 1 or 2 more years.

My current plan is im requesting 3400€, will most likely get 1 to 1.5K of it soon and he ll have to pay 5K€ to a lawyer to maybe at best not pay 2Kish but most likely will pay us and the lawyer,I m actually looking for a free lawyer for my wife so that moron have to pay the lawyer wages once/if he loses.



My favourite part was when the counsellor took the contract i still had and asked the moron why he was asking my wife to sign a contract starting 18 june on 3 of july and insist to make her sign that everything was done on 18 june. That moron kept arguing that it didnt matter and that poor counsellor was explaining to him that yeah signing the contract after she started didnt matter much but that he couldnt antidate it like that.

And I thought Europe was some sort of socialist paradise of insurmountable labor laws.

I just got results from the court, call me Mr bigshot lawyer i won my first and only case in court representing my wife
Asked 3K and got 2.8K including punitive damages when he should have given half as salary only if he was honnest.

I assumed you'd come up with a big plan but then gone on strike.

The problem is that he was messing so hard himself that i would have had to come up with a plan to save his restaurant first before i could mess with it.
Now getting paid by someone broke will be my new headache
