What I know: She never once has used toilet paper in her life. She keeps cups in each bathroom. When she poops, I hear her pouring water 2-5 times or so...sounds like if you were to slow pour it into the toilet. She pours, refills in sink, pours, etc. She takes hygeine very seriously and I've never seen skid marks or smelled the funkiness one might expect from lingering s*** stains.

I'm just hoping this cleaning process doesn't involve fingers and palms.
How does she refill the cup from the toilet without leaking poo water all down her legs and over the floor. I cannot understand how this method is hygienic lol

I'm not really sure either. She prefills the cup, then I assume reaches or squat walks to the sink to refill but IDK.

The butt hose is one of man's greatest inventions and almost worth moving to Asia for all on its own. Even blind people would find it simple, effective and pleasant. 30 seconds of focused hosing and you can be pretty sure your ass is just fine.

If you're referring to a bidet, then those are not found exclusively in Asia.

The Western society way does seem strange when you think of it in that context. If you were to get feces on your arm or leg or some other part of your body you'd be washing it with soap and water.

Standard way to clean your ass in India is a squat toilet with a massive bucket of water with a small cup to throw water on your ass, they wipe their butt with there left hand eat with their right takes a while to get a decent technique going so you don't soak yourself also takes some skill to eat curry and rice with your hand.

^ quite prevalent with a lot of my Muslim friends. Eat with right, clean with left.

I thought the water might wash the s*** away? I've never tried, though I admit it's wishful thinking.

When you have mud on your face/skin what ever... You get water and use it to help wash it off.

Its the same concept.

How do blind people know when it's time to bust out the plunger? How do they know about preventing little flecks of poop from getting on the floor and being stuck there for days, weeks, or longer?

The same way we do. Listen to it not flush all the way and yell ****.

2nd part you're on your own.

I don't do acrobatics while I poop so it all stays in the bowl.

I like the butt hose idea but it's hard enough to find a clean public toilet, now u gotta look for an exacta or clean toilet, clean hose. Could be a problem
