Yeah I never do the surveys. Just not worth my time.

Though if a place got pushy I'd be tempted to leave the most negative possible survey and mention the person by name.

If you do one for the tenth time, it takes you prolly not more than a minute.

In the past we went to chic-fil-a once a week and always had a free chicken sandwich for doing the last survey even though our order always consisted of just one combo.

DD surveys take 5+ minutes and they give u a code for a free donut which I don't want.

Maybe someone else would like you to give them a free donut! Did you ever think of that? DID YOU?

With this lady pushing the surveys so hard it's almost a sure thing she'll give you your coffee free instead of the donut. Try it. If she doesn't burn the place to the ground.

Yeah, but that would involve negotiating (read talking to her voluntarily) and that just ain't worth a free coffee. MAYBE dinner. Right now, I'm avoiding the place.

Instead of buying my coffee before I board the bus to Boston, I'm now buying it once I get into Boston, where there are oodles of Dunkins'. Downside: I have to wait about an hour to get the sweet nectar that is caffeine. Upside: I don't have to hold my coffee during my commute, while reading.

Still haven't tried the mobile ordering app thingy yet but that's my goal.

Make sure it doesn't work like the Starbucks one.

At two of my local Starbucks, at least during rush hour they have separated production lines for in-store and app orders which leads to people getting their coffee significantly faster if they order at the counter.

Speaking of cold brew and Starbucks: Yesterday we did one of the "quick" (aka 5 hours) family trips to Target and Ikea. Leaving Target, my wife wanted to get some nitro cold brew from the Starbucks that's in there and operated by Target employees. On a busy Sunday afternoon, they had one single person working the whole thing. After waiting for at least 10 minutes to order, the poor girl told us they didn't have cold brew because the night before the closing person forgot to prepare it. I don't think we'll be back to this location.

lol, its not some hard thing that you need to accomplish----just do it! whether you order in advance (on the go) or order in store you should be using your phone app 100% of the time you get dunkin. You are throwing away money.

Also IRT last post, the Dunkin on the go system is worlds better than Starbucks's.

Oh what an UPDATE I have! (Spoiler: I'm an *******)

Haven't been to this DD in over a week but this morning I missed my bus so I decided to grab my coffee while waiting for the next bus to kill time.

Sooo I go in, waiting in line behind one person for about 5 minutes but idgaf cuz I have time to kill. The manager/owner sees me waiting and comes over to make my order, cold brew, cream only.

I get the coffee and it's very dark, as in almost black. Instead of having her add more I ask her for a couple of creams on the side, which she gives me and I'm good to go. No mention of the surveys AT ALL. She hands me my change which I chuck into the tip jar and I don't take the receipt with the survey code.

Now, I move over to the area where I add the cream to my coffee, get some napkins etc. I still have about 15 min to kill so I sit inside at a table with my cold brew. I see a bus approaching after a few min and decide it's better to wait at the bus stop just in case, so I grab my cold brew and exit.

At the bus stop with earbuds in and I kinda hear someone yelling. Look around and don't see shiat. When I look up again, it's her! She's crossing the busy street toward me and she's carrying MY NEW MICHAEL KORS BAG!

Wtf! I put it on the chair next to me while I was killing time inside and then left without it. I didn't even notice it was missing.

She's smiling as she hands it to me and I was so shocked/relieved I actually hugged her when I thanked her. omfg

This was my new expensive bag, with my id and shiat in it but also, I'm playing poker tonight after work. I usually go home, freshen up and change quickly and then run out the door, so my money for tonight was already on board, to the tune of about $1,200.

And of course it's all there.

I can't believe I'm ****ing saying this, but I think THIS deserves mention in a survey.

Just sue them. You can sue them for anything it seems. A very Kramer-like settlement.
