Exactly...I "cold brew" coffee in a French press overnight and then mix half a mug of the resulting liquid with a splash of cream and a half mug of boiling water.

My new favorite thing is knowing drchess is cold brewing coffee overnight to heat up in the morning while suzzer freezes a cup overnight to cool down piping hot, fresh brewed coffee for iced.

I laughed pretty hard at this.

Monokinis are really sexy on. Unfortunately not for me. Loose skin comes w losing a **** ton of weight when you're my age. That shiat stays covered in a one piece swimsuit. Gonna see if strength training helps but I doubt it.

How about just asking her wtf the issue is with her obsession with surveys and tell her you're tired of taking them but not tired of the coffee, so drop the high pressure bull-****. Say it in a heavy New Yorker accent and it won't come across offensive at all since that's just how direct they talk up there.

If it goes bad, the coffee should be hot enough to kill anything dangerous from the piss that ends up in future coffees, so nothing to fear, let'r rip!

I'd be very suspicious if my DD cold brew was hot without me specially asking them to heat it up.

This thread inspired me to make some cold brew last night and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Ground some of Starbucks anniversary edition from last fall and am pretty satisfied with the result, especially after adding almond milk and vanilla. Will try another blend next time though, something sweeter maybe with a hint of caramel. Have to go through my collection of Starbucks coffee packs to see what would be good. My wife's sister in law manages one and we get 6-7 different packs almost every time we see her. Unfortunately, that doesn't really help me with drinking less coffee.

Did you add vanilla extract or vanilla flavored coffee? I dont like sweet but wouldn't mind a little vanilla flava.

OMG I can relate. I've never seen this movie before. Hopefully it's on Netflix.

I used vanilla extract and unsweetened almond milk. The extract contains sugar but since the amount is so small in comparison to the amount of other liquids, the result had a nice vanilla note but wasn't sweet at all.

Just looked if I had a coffee that says "vanilla" in the tasting notes but couldn't find one. But I found a pack of 'Kopelani Blend' that contains 10% of beans from Hawaii. The notes say "soft caramel notes and a roasty-sweet finish". Never tried that one before so I might first brew a regular cup with it and then try it as cold brew.

I used to work at a bottle shop and we always used to give these survey forms to the regulars who were happy to fill them out on line to give us a good review. **** me just fill out the ****ing survey ffs.
