If this person does genuinely own the store, then you should def be able to swindle a deal to get a free coffee to fill out the survey.

Btw, does anyone ever fill out these surveys?

I have come to really detest every form of hollow survey and transparent net-promoter-score response form. If you are providing great service or bad service there should be ample opportunities to measure it through things that are not intrusive and disruptive to your customers, increasing their happiness even more. That would be a great business idea if it isn't ubiquitous, which given how many surveys I'm sent after any type of support interaction it doesn't seem to be.
I like surveys. It gives you a chance to make someone feel good and the employees usually get some sort of bonus if you mention their names. I worked at JC Penney, and we would get $5 store credit for every survey with our name on it. I got a few hundred dollars to buy clothes while I worked there.
You also get some sort of freebie yourself when filling out surveys.
It's a win win for everyone.

Service either has to be outstanding or terrible for me to do a survey.

I had one Amazon operator once who sent like four survey requests in the week after I ordered something, I hadn't even used it yet. Irritated me so much it turned my maybe 5% chance of doing the survey to a zero.

I got a survey request today from another Amazon operator asking me to fill it out, but they sent me the wrong product. Here's the thing - they actually sent me the product I really wanted (obviously there are two seperate but similar products), which makes me happy, but it isn't what I ordered, which is incompetent. Should fill it out and say thanks for ****ing up my order the right way for the first time ever by any company.

Brew your coffee at home, imo.

I'm one of those rare people who hates coffee.

OP already knows to burn the place to the ground if she goes back and they keep pressing.

Giving out the codes for the survey on here so enterprising posters can take it for her also a very solid play.

We should have a survey writing contest and the best ones get submitted for her.

I already took that survey, and angrily wrote the original post right after. I don't know if the number can be reused.

Since you don't drink coffee, do you drink soda, diet or otherwise? I upped my iced coffee game when I gave up sodas.

The problem is the service is so ****ty at this particular Dunkin. I wouldn't go out of my way to give her a bad review nor do I enjoy giving an overly positive yet dishonest review. Also, she's too confrontational before I've had my coffee!

Did you check out any monokinis?

You are inspiring me to exercise. I've lost a **** ton of weight mostly through diet and some exercise. Time to up it.

Yeah, I wouldn't be able to give a good review if the service was ****ty.

I'm so happy that you are inspired to exercise! Good luck with your continued weight loss.

That is the first time I've seen the term monokini. I looked some up and there are some pretty cute plus size ones. Thanks!

Based on reading the fast food thread, I thought the general play is to buy a soda and toss it all over the dining area.

she's probably the general manager, not the owner.

some QSR companies put a huge emphasis on these surveys for some reason and this lady is getting pressure from her boss to get them done. i promise she doesn't care about the survey.

either the employee who gets the most surveys filled out gets cash or it is required for their job to get X number of responses per month and a high percentage must be positive.

I drink diet soda, but I've cut my consumption of that down significantly in the last couple months. I used to drink 2-3 cans a day I'm down to about 6-8 a week. I try to use caffeine tablets if I'm tired on a work day.

It's likely that the last 100 surveys I received I didn't respond to, but there's a chance it was over 1000.

Look, it's not ok to pull the high pressure "gym membership"-type push with these surveys.

Clearly, the only option remaining is to burn the place down. Report back with pics after.

Should solve your problem. IMO it's the best route here.

On topic: I know DD sells their regular coffee in grocery stores. Do they also sell the coffee they use for their cold brew?

They don't just brew their normal coffee and chill it, there's a "cold brew"?

I have no clue about DD, but Starbucks has a specific cold brew blend they only use for that. They sell that blend in pitcher packs in their own stores and online.

You can serve cold brew coffee hot.

Cold brew coffee is, oddly enough, brewed cold instead of brewed hot and then poured into ice.
