I see after reading my post from your point of view - this may be as big an issue as the issues with the dd owner.

I'm going to use my french press tonight and see just how much it sucks tomorrow morning.

I have come to really detest every form of hollow survey and transparent net-promoter-score response form. If you are providing great service or bad service there should be ample opportunities to measure it through things that are not intrusive and disruptive to your customers, increasing their happiness even more. That would be a great business idea if it isn't ubiquitous, which given how many surveys I'm sent after any type of support interaction it doesn't seem to be.

I effing HATE surveys, and no I don't take them unless I have something significant to say. Yes I'm pretty sure she's the owner but I just want to be left the uck alone.

About 6 months ago I go in there and she takes my picture with her iphone. (yes she really did) and then she says she's taking pictures of her regulars to put up on the wall. (WTF) then she said my pic didn't come out good, would I like to smile. I smile, she takes another pic and says "want to try again?" to which i said NO. I didn't even want to take the first pic! I swear I ain't making this **** up.

Do it yourself. You can always, 100% out of time, prepare yourself better tasting and cheaper drink that has on top less calories, if you take something fancy like cappuccino or machiato. I have never bought anything at dunkin donuts, but Starbucks has never, not a single time been worth the money.

And on top you are unhappy with them! I mean if they would make you feel good, then it might be worth the money, but so......You pay them, actually overpay for mediocre coffee, and on top you feel bad..... Naaahhhh... Don't do it!

Make up your own customer satisfaction survey and ask her to fill it out. Be very insistent on it. Offer her a free tomato if she takes the survey.

I did the cold brew thing at home once. Had a vat of it in the fridge I ended up tossing out. I'm not home much except 1st thing in morning and I'm always rushing getting ready for work.

I have a French press I can brew the night before as someone suggested. Dunno how it is iced but imma find out.

Come on, bro. If that lady keeps busting your balls you have a clear choice as others have said.

Man up and learn to make your own. It shouldn't take much more time than trimming your beard in the morning, plus you said you are in there waiting for coffee with her all on your dick to fill out the survey for 15 minutes every day so it will be a wash. Plus at home you can make it strong enough to curl your chest hair, or weak like the beta male stuff you get at DD if that's your thing, brother.
