Really hoping this is a veiled Seinfeld reference

"I only fill out surveys I find in a complimentary box of a dozen."

Agree to fill out the form, but be very, very suggestive about it. When you get your donut, put it in front of your face and move your tongue in and out of it.

1) Brew big ass pot of coffee (or 3-4 aeropresses worth). You can even buy dunkin' donuts brand.
2) Put in plastic jug in fridge.
3) Pour over ice in the morning.
4) Put $250/month into retirement savings.

Man up and learn to make your own. It shouldn't take much more time than trimming your beard in the morning, plus you said you are in there waiting for coffee with her all on your dick to fill out the survey for 15 minutes every day so it will be a wash. Plus at home you can make it strong enough to curl your chest hair, or weak like the beta male stuff you get at DD if that's your thing, brother.

But fill out the survey one last time and tell them to perform felatio on ya. You're welcome, man.
You're such a pussy.

Yes I'll try it. This will save me $120 per month as I would use home cold brew just for my AM coffee, but more importantly I could avoid that daily aggravation.

Just tell her that if she wants the reviews you need x amount of free coffee a week.

You need to work on your mental game

You are wasting time worrying about how you can bend over for a company that offers you horrible service and doesn't respect you as someone who keeps them in business

I can understand if the product is so good that you are willing to wait in line, but you are going to have a very tough life if you do things like take time out out of your day worrying about how to do a business like that a favor

I'm fascinated by your punctuation selection; comma usage but no periods. Typically people do the reverse.

I ain't worried about her business. The "I'll need a survey every week." That she called out to me floored me and I just kept walking. I'm going to have to tell her to **** off next time she asks and leave it at that. Now do tell about the lack of periods. Defective keyboard?

Your semi-colon usage is wrong here.

True that.

Ironically, I worked for Dunkin from 15 years old all they way thru college. Started as a waitress (back then there were counters, booths and ceramic cups) and ended up managing a couple of different stores for these 2 partners that owned about 10 of them.

After I graduated college I got my own store to manage. $450 per week, worked 6 days a week with Thursdays off. I thought it was a fortune, this was 1990ish. It wasn't worth it. I ran the store like I owned it, I sure owned all of the problems. They showed up every couple of weeks, always tan, to go over the books.

Partial ownership was a carrot they dangled but I quit for an office job with a slight reduction in salary before that happened.

Your second clause needs to be independent for that construction to work. It's also missing a subject and verb. Something like, "you use commas but not periods" would work.

Dear DD,

This goddamn DD franchise owner keeps pressuring me to take surveys all the ****ing time. Please cease and desist, this aggression will not stand! Don't make me take my business to Starbucks!

I don't get it. If for some reason you don't feel comfortable telling owner to **** herself but really think she should be told to go **** herself just ask a friend to tell her for you. There is no shame in asking for help if you aren't good at something.

I wouldn't be happy about it, but I would stop going to that Dunkin Donuts no matter how much worse the next-best option was.

But while we're on the subject, I'm confused and bothered when I hear people call DD "Dunks", or, worse, "Dunkies". When I was growing up in the Boston suburbs I do believe that would have gotten your ass kicked. We called it Dunkin. Did "Dunks" and "Dunkies" just not make it to Sudbury, or is this a new (like in the last 30 years) development?

My sister's from Boston and she and her fake husband are coming to visit - again - and she will drive a half hour to get to the nearest DD rather than 5 minutes to the Starbucks. I don't get it.

The coffee is definitely different than Starbucks. Rounder, sweeter, smoother. Just a matter of preference.
