So the pics I posted of 20g of sugar for 6oz Chobani and 18g of sugar for 4oz of Ben and Jerry's is not accurate?

No, because you either can't read or are bad at math. It was 1/2 cup of B&J Ice Cream, which is ~3.1 oz., depending on the flavor. So double the amount of sugar, to more like 35 g.

Reason: the ice creams are 3.1, sorbets and frozen yogurts weigh a bit more

Re: Greek Yogurt
z4,
"Flavored yogurt has essentially the nutritional composition of ice cream."
Cream is also essentially the nutritional composition of milk, you know, except for all the extra fat.

Re: Greek Yogurt
Bought Chobani Lemon, Strawberry Banana, and Vanilla to try today.
Lemon and Strawberry Banana confirmed delicious, especially with granola added.

Re: Greek Yogurt
Greek Yogurt is amazing. It tastes like I am eating ice cream. I just get Fage Regular and then I mix in honey by myself. Crazy awesome and great when you are watching your calories. Honey is pretty damn great itself. Chobani is inferior to Fage imho.

No. WTF are you talking about?

Re: Greek Yogurt
I did not even know full fat yogurt existed. I have never seen anything other than 0 or 2%.

Salt, yes. Also not a food.
Sugar, there's no way. Way too hygroscopic.
Edit, well, sealed like the honey, probably sugar as well.

Re: Greek Yogurt
Honey is also used as an antiseptic by many cultures. I find that interesting as well.

You guys keep butchering my name. My name is z4reio. Birth given and pronounced Zee-Oh. Any petulance for my perceived douchiness should be directed toward my parents.
