Hi all

As you know, I'm giving up coffee atm so I have been drinking lots of herbal teas and was wondering what are your favourite flavours ?

Currently my fave is blackcurrant, but I'm also getting an acquired taste for lemon and ginger (and it's great for increased "strength" )

What about you? Which herbal teas do you like?

In the South, all herbal teas are referred to as "Coke". For example, you go to the local tea house and say "I want a Coke", and then they say "what kind?" and then you say "elderberry".

I like the green tea. It is also an acquired taste (I personally add a drop of honey and a zest of lemon, but the benefits are worth getting used to it: components of green tea such as vitamin C, caffeine, theophylline, theobromine and didsylabine have tonic and drainage properties. Thus, green tea is recommended for anyone who wants to boost his weight loss without tiredness. In addition, green tea is a fat burner known to effectively combat all types of fat, localized or generalized, facilitating the use of fat reserves in the body.

Cheers

I love all the varieties of herbal tea so much, I don't think I could choose a favorite.

Hot: Jasmine is tops if done right
Cold: Roasted barley tea

Not sure if this counts but the bael fruit tea I had in Thailand was the best tea I've ever had.

**** herbal teas, OP. If you want to do it right, you need to go with the pure cocaine of the tea world, matcha powder. You'll be stealing stereos in no time just to scrape up enough to get another ounce from your local Japanese market, maybe even carving up your own homemade bamboo whisks.

Some kinds I favor, with links to the place where I get it: green gojiberry; orange grapefruit wellness (a ridiculous name but really very good); mint; this rooibos blend.

I like chai tea, or sometimes double spice chai, or earl grey but only with the normal amount of bergamot, not double bergamot. I don't even know if I like bergamot or even really what it is, so maybe I'd like the earl grey without any bergamot. But I've never tried it that way.

I found out it's a type of orange.
