It's a dragonfruit flavor.

I guess I'd like something that doesn't taste terrible?

In that case it's probably a couple few drops flavour in 30ml VG, shake, taste and repeat until desired - but that doesn't address nicotine level and I'm totally guessing because I don't do flavour

I filled the bottle about half way and put 2 squirts in. Then I added another. The flavor is a little bit soft, but probably about as much as I can take and still enjoy it. This is more like guesswork than chemistry.

The bottle only cost $5, so not a big thing to try this out.

Yesterday I received some new Sony batteries from a very reputable online store that I'd guess a lot of people are familiar with

Printed on both battery wrappers is the following:

"CAUTION
-Use for battery pack maker(s)/system integrator(s) only
-On-line e-commerce sales, sales to individual consumers, or sales for E-Cigarette users are strictly prohibited"

Dafuq? I assume the batteries are still safe to use? I assume the store is just abusing a bulk price they received and weren't supposed to resell individually? Would you guys continue using them? The part about E-cig use being prohibited sketches me out a bit, maybe it's just a liability thing?

No 18650s are supposed to be used for ecigs, no Sony cells are ever supposed to be sold to end users.

That is unusual compared to normal Sony wraps, tho.

Thanks for the info, makes me feel safer about the situation. Must be a new policy to put that warning label on the wrapper

Found a pic of some LGs with a similar warning, attached to a mostly stupid reddit thread:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Vaping/comm...gal_statement/

one of the sensible comments there:
Quote:
I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re legit and brand new. Sony has been adding similar verbiage to their cells. None of the battery manufacturers want these things being sold loose. They’re not intended to be used directly by consumers. They’re meant for other manufacturers to use when assembling their battery packs. Like cordless drills, USB power packs, etc.
All imo, of course.

I'm after a new setup. I'm currently using a kbox mini with the sub tank mini, which I've had for over a year now. It has started to leak and occasionally I get juice when I inhale vapour. I wouldn't mind something similar as I've just bought some new 18650s and a nitecore charger, but whatever, if the new setup is far superior than what I already own then I'm game.

I'm loving the Big Baby Beast from Smok with the 0.2 ohm coils

Brock,all,

Which mod are you currently using?

I'm not much help, using very similar setup to you: Eleaf pico, and kanger protank 4. Using subtank RBAs with the protank.

I'm very happy with this setup and see no need to shop around fwiw.

Edit: recently bought Kanger Juppi mod to try because it's smaller than the Pico, and I can't recommend it. The fire button was in a bad place and kept firing in my pocket, and was awkward to press.

Hi Mick,

I ended up buying the Smok Alien with the Big Baby Beast tank. I was contemplating buying the Smok G Priv which has a touch screen but the touch screen technology adds little to the vaping experience.

Need some help. I can't bring my vape into work with me (even when not in use), but I'm able to go outside to use it on break and lunch.

I keep it in my car all day but now that it's heating up and because I live in Phoenix, leaving it in my car all day is starting to feel dangerous. Today it was 106 and we'll add another 10 degrees to that during the peak of summer. We'll be in the 100's through October.

I keep the batteries in a plastic battery carrying case in the center console of my car where I also keep the vape. Today the vape was hot to the touch and the batteries were noticeably warm when I went out at lunch despite parking in the shadiest location I could find and even though I have a windshield shade. I fear my options are about to be limited to leaving the vape at home all day which will be awful.

Any 2+2 scientists have any ideas on how to keep the batteries as cool as possible in my car all day (even if still warmer than room temperate)? Was thinking of keeping them inside their case inside a cooler but that would probably introduce a whole other host of problems. Although my work is in a nice area, I'm hesitant to crack the windows all day because I also have to leave my phone in the car during work. Help

Don't really know any advice, but your phone is just as dangerous if not moreso.

edit: random thread I found: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r275...-ion-batteries

How hot does it actually get in the car?

Yeah I'm afraid for the phone too. Left an ipod in my car all day a few summers ago and when I found it, there was a hot spot burnt into the screen that was roughly quarter sized and never recovered.

Might just have to become a non-smoker and cut off from the outside world for 8 hours per day (or find a new job)

Can't you pop out the batteries and bring only those inside?

curious what the job is not, especially with having to leave your phone in the car?

All the damned vape stores in my area seem to close at 8 PM. I drove around for over an hour last night before I found a combo liquor store/smoke shop that sold e-liquid. It was awful as you'd expect but at least they had it.

Anyway I felt like bitching about that and wasn't sure where else to turn.

Wow, they make you leave your electronics out in a car in Arizona?

I know there are some dry cooling packs. I'd probably buy a few of those and put the batteries and phone in a small cooler or bag.

And _dave_ is right, the phone batteries are more likely to have thermal runaway than the current vape batteries.

I work in Liverpool, UK. And I also have to leave my e-cig in the car as they're not allowed on the premises!

I'm sure his batteries are fine since it's not summer in Arizona yet...

It's a banking office job but for security reasons we're not allowed to have our phones due to the confidential info we work with, we aren't even allowed to have paper at our desks

A cooler, refreezable ice packs and electronics in a couple zip lock bags in case of moisture should work ok I would think. Put a towel or something over the ice packs so they aren't laying right on the ice.
