What's up kids, does anyone of you ever had skin problems due to smoking sh-tload of j's everyday?
I'm about between 6 and 10 a day since few years and start getting cysts on my face. Like very big, red and hurting a lot. I try to convince myself that it's not related but got more and more doubts about that.

I usually do about 5 when it's the first the day, and then a couple more for maintenance later.

After work I do two fat dabs within 30 min of each other. Then just whenever I feel it wearing down ill take another.

Different types of wax burn better at different Temps so it takes a bit to get all that dialed in. Crumble ***** sucks for dabbing out of one of these imo.

As for recommendations on the box? I bought mine from hi5 vapes. Ran me $160ish for everything minus the rig itself which I already had. They will also wrap the box in a vinyl wrap. I got an astronaut wrap in mine. You may need to buy a new bucket for your rig. I use a 14mm quartz banger I have a 20mm one for the huge dabs when I want to get stupidly high.

Basically nearly every box on the market is the same Chinese boxes. They are just rebranded, reboxed (same components inside) and then resold for crazy prices. (200-350+)

number one suggestion with e-nails is to keep some ISO alcohol and cotton swabs nearby especially if you plan on dabbing at lower temps. Ash can build up pretty quickly on an e-nail and can alter your dab tastes. You won't see this problem using a rig and torch because all the ash burns off when you torch it between hits... Hit your e-nail for an entire day without torching it and/or rub down with ISO, and it'll be caked with ash in no time...

I don't know what difference different temps make. I used to make the nail glow red hot, and then I decided that's not necessary so now I stop when it just faintly begins to glow.

My coil that connects to the temperature controller must have a short in it as it is no longer working

I found my preferred temperature to be right around the low 700's for taste.

675+ will get you fat ass dabs with very little good flavor with most concentrate in my experience. anything that high hurts the hell out of my throat and always seems like it's burning my **** up like I used to with a red-hot nail.

my nail has been at 605 for forever now as I have a big ol pile of the same kind of concentrate.

almost all of the rigs I've seen use a BNC end where it connects to the controller. you can unscrew the back part of the connector and see if it looks like any of the 3 (+ - ground ) have come lose. If they have it's just a simple solder job.

If that isn't it then it's like the coil itself shorted. If so, you're SOL on that one. most sites sell new ones for 30-40 ime.


gotta be really careful with the coils. if you try and bend them or move them around, there is a good chance your coil will develop hot spots and/or shorts.


one thing I don't do that is suggested on most sites is put the coil on hot and take it off hot.. I'm not exactly sure why that's suggested, (assuming expansion and contraction cracking the glass?) but I have never had an issue just leaving it on the rig 24/7 and letting it warm up/cool down on the rig.

Smoking weed used to be such a simple process. Only thing you had to worry about working was a lighter. How long till we're injecting it?

Oh man, I can tell I'm going to be in for a ride. The key is to remind myself that no matter how ****ed up I feel, that I'm not experiencing organ failure, so chill the **** out! Lol. And also hopefully I don't throw up. But other than that this is what I'm always after so here we go.

Trip report?

Well it got pretty strange fairly quickly. My depth perception went way off, I was sitting in a recliner and everything felt so different than usual. My tv looked like one of those new curved tvs. Even my mouth felt incredibly unfamiliar. And soon I was puking in the bathtub. Less than 2.5 hours after ingestion. Often times I don't even feel it for that long.

Last night my old lady, who smokes regularly but far less than me, and definitely ingests much less than I do, took the exact same dose last night and while she got high, didn't even come close to where I got.


I also came up with a lot of really clever lyrics, etc. They're all gone now. Another thing that was interesting as I was sitting there with my head just spinning, all sorts of unconventional thoughts that I cant begin to describe were going through my head. And the odd thing is that they had a familiarity. Like at the time I felt that this was something that I am only privy to when I'm completely ****ed on thc distillate.

I really wish I could record the more curious thoughts and whatnot.

Man, that sounds super anxiety inducing. Of course, awesome if it floats your boat, but I can't handle hallucinogens anymore and what you describe sounds exactly like shrooms.

I vape daily, but I don't think I have what it takes to be high af.
