This may be difficult on the strip because of the loan obligations on commercial real estate. Watching closely. There's big, insane money to be made in that city and industry.

Well any building that's not a collateralized improvement isn't subject to loan covenants so the owners can play with their own risk.

Big banks are going to have an issue with federally illegal use of buildings that secure loans due to the potential for civil forfeiture.

In addition there's the wrinkle of gaming licenses, it's possible that marijuana business owners/operators can't hold gaming licenses or vice versa.

I'd expect to see plenty of off strip businesses or maybe some smaller property owners on strip taking this risk, and the big gaming corps only getting in through shell companies.

How much do you guys pay for wax? Is potency a big deal like how it is for flower?

It's pretty expensive at the dispensaries here, around $35-70 for a gram.

Typically paying high 30s or 40 per gram of stuff with potency in the low 80s %.

About $100 per week dabbing habit. Oh well, I still think it's worth it. Would love to get a nice bulk connection.

What are you doing with the herb after you grind it? Smoking or vaping? A dude who has a lot of good info on vaping (Vape Critic) says to grind very fine for vaping.

I vape my herb and am currently using a knock-off of the 4-piece Space Case. It actually doesn't grind as fine as the plastic one from Storz and Bickel that came with my buddies Volcano. Vapor is not as good as when the herb is not ground finely. I'm probably going to get another grinder that grinds finer.

If you're smoking, ignore all that. A coarser grind is probably better for smoking, although I don't have any recommendations to offer.

Stopped at a store in Colorado while traveling and bought the most expensive wax/resin they had which was 60 a gram. It was bomb I smoked it all in the 2 days I was in Colorado due to traveling to non chill states like Kansas and Oklahoma afterwards. IdK about 60/gram but I smoke a lot and it was very very good

My mom and my brother are coming up from Oregon on Thursday to do Thanksgiving with my old lady's family. Neither one of them know I partake.

My brother is 36 and has never had a cigarette or a sip of beer in his life. I don't necessarily believe he has a negative opinion of marijuana, but I still feel like I can't tell him, which I hate. I really think he would love it if he would give it a shot. However this is a guy who won't take a bet at the outcome of YESTERDAYS games because he principally does not bet!

My mom on the other hand would simply hate and be upset. Lol. I think it would be so wonderful if they would just smoke a J and sit around and chill and laugh. They're spending the night at my place and I'm worried I might be stone sober the whole time!
