Given that we tend to always like the same sorts of broads, I would be stunned if you hadn't taken more than one walk to the dark side, evaluated the situation quickly, used them brutally and sent them back to Palo Alto.

I think some of us have problems as well, i love taming these type of girls. When you do, even if its temporary , its quite fun. The above suggestions are right , if your ego cant handle the constant eggshell walking and emotional putdowns and rollercoaster these girls dish out. run far away,.

I haven't read one mention of a guy with bpd here, and, for sure, when I imagine it, I semi-consciously think "crazy chick disorder."

It's much higher prevalence in women, but no, it's not only women.

I mentioned previously that I worked in a clinic with a BPD male client. He was as emotionally unstable as any female BPD I've ever met.

My gf got a call from her Mum earlier pretty much asking her if she wanted to come home, which escalated quickly and didn't end well. She really has a lot of rage-(understandable rage though) against her Mum, and I really feel that if she can work that out with her counsellor, then things will get a lot better quickly. And when she got off the phone and was really upset, she wanted us to go to her Mum's place so we could pack all her things and so she could move in with me fulltime and officially, which caught me pretty offguard, but I feel like I handled it well and said the right things though when she got off the phone, because she settled down a lot, and started to see reason quickly, and everything seemed fine, because the rest of the evening was chill and fun.

But I woke up to Shimmy Shimmy Ya by ODB playing at full blast on my stereo and it was 4AM, and I asked her what she was doing and told her it would wake the neighbours but she didn't even respond to me or look at me, she seemed to be sort of in her own world while slowly dancing. I really don't know what got into her. I turned it off, because I knew if I didn't, the old people next door would call the cops, and she immediatly just went to the bathroom and hasn't come out since. It's 5AM now, and I am so confused and don't know what to do. She won't respond to me at all, and I don't think she is crying because I can't hear her.

Can't really give you any advice, but good luck whatever you end up doing. (Felt like I had to post something after reading the thread)

On a more serious note, if this type of behavior and the advice/anecdotes given so far haven't convinced you to run for the hills, then your mind is already set and you don't really want to be helped. That realization and decision to get out has to come from you now. good luck.

Seriously, get her out of your apartment and tell her you never want to see her again. You will see her again. She's going to stalk you and do everything she can to hurt you. That might very well continue for 6-12 months. She will likely tell everyone lies about you. These might include: she's pregnant but you don't care; she's pregnant and you forced her to get an abortion; you physically abused/raped her; God only knows. Nonetheless, ignore her.
