They certainly shouldn't be only females. Try and get a mixture in if you can.

Little girls like pop stars and actresses, not chat-show hosts. Just try not to expose her to the likes of Rihanna.

They shouldn't only be females, but I'd still emphasize a few. I wouldn't force anything but women like Chelsea Clinton, Gwen Stefani, Uma Thurman, Miyam Bialik, Oprah, etc would all be fair positive suggestions I think.

Also Olenna Tyrell and Ayra Stark

I don't think the OP was asking this because he doesn't intend to be one guys. It's a valid question still as kids are aware of other humans. You choose the scope and type of these interactions with this stuff to some level.

teach her not to idolize pop stars and athletes for starters. Teach her to respect people that actually do something meaningful, maybe tell her stories about some famous women scientists and mathematicians.

Let her take an interest in some of her choosing. Research them. Praise and reinforce the ones you approve of. Run subtle but effective smear campaigns against the ones you don't. Easy game.
