This reasoning made getting hitched very + evens IMO.

The head coach of a team my son played last year in youth football wore one of those on sideline.

Cargo shorts 4 lyfe.

El Diablo also lives in a somewhat hot place right ? I assume he isn't sporting the shorts all the time. Even if its hot here and I'd show up at work in my shorts instead of my skinnies theres a good chance Ill be on the receiving side of some comments wrt what I put on. Even if you wear shorts there is still a difference between cargo/sports or something semi formal.

SF is not very warm.
08-02-2015 , 04:48 PM
Cargo shorts and jorts are equally fashionable, right?
08-02-2015 , 04:54 PM
Ah ok, I always thought it was.

I googled jorts, notsureifsuitableforlife

The coldest winter Mark Twain ever spent was a summer in SF.

After posting that I realized I should probably tone down on the swearing online because people can get the wrong idea. Sorry about that.

I read you 5x5. I restrained myself in my replies to him, and to my immense surprise, he actually conceded something.

That doesn't work nearly as well when it's not in the first person.

For the few that don't know: "The coldest winter I ever spent was the summer I spent in San Francisco." -- Mark Twain

haha, glad that thread was brought up here. I saw it and just skipped it because I thought it was the sexism in poker thread I'd already tried a few days ago. Will definitely give a HT View thread a go.

It's a nice quote, but a false one. Mark Twain never said that.

It was Einstein Path

It is pretty funny when the marine layer comes blasting in late afternoon in the summertime. I'm sure cheesy SF tourist sweatshirt sales spike bigtime

Yeah I decided to stay out of it, was bad enough in its current state. My problem with that subject is that casino's attract a lot of males from the lower echelons of society and thus, this will never change. Discussing it with males with a higher social status will hardly change anything and neither will discussing it with males from a lower social standing. They will treat women badly just like they will be engaged in physical violence more often, their prefrontal cortex game is just ****ed up, nothing we gonna to do about it. Doesn't mean that its fine, its just something that will always be there in some form or shape.
08-03-2015 , 08:27 AM
Maybe. I've started to direct a needle at boorish players a little more often. I've gotten compliments for it from other players and several dealers. No hot young women, tho.
