OP,

Train yourself to take Vitamin B (liquid B-complex ftw), advil, and water before passing out and all will be better. Failing that, eat a bunch of pizza and cheesesteaks and donuts and **** after getting super wasted.

Re: anxiety hangovers

I used to have anxiety where I actually used to think my heart would explode from the pounding. One day I got sick of living like that and decided not to care if I died. I havent had the anxiety since I stopped caring.

Re: anxiety hangovers

I get them too after heavy sessions. Mine manifest as a feeling of pins and needles all over with huge amounts of general twitchiness. Because I'm so twitchy my hands shake really badly, to the point where I can't really function, i.e. couldn't lift a glass to my mouth without my hands shaking too much that I have to immediately put it down.

There is no cure other than to take it easier on the booze and eat properly. The eating part is the struggle for me as after a few beers my appetite for food disappears and all I do is keep on drinking until I pass out. Then in the morning, as I haven't eaten for 20-24 hours I'm a wreck. Eating properly - It really can't be stressed enough.

Alcohol is a pretty heavy depressant.
Your symptoms are normal.
If you would just google alcohol dependency, delirium tremens, hangover, you would get the picture.

Re: anxiety hangovers

Id say just quit drinking and start smoking weed, there's just no hangover and no real side effects that you cant just quickly sleep off instead of hibernating it off.

If that doesnt help then drink tons of water before bed while drinkinig and start drinking a vegatable/fruit smoothie in the morning. It fills you up, gets you rehydrated and gives you lots of nutrients as well as just tasting great.

I smoked weed for quite a long time with no problems and always enjoyed it up until very recently.

I started getting crazy anxiety and paranoia, along with increased heart rate and no longer was able to enjoy it. This has never happened to me in almost 10 years of smoking. Needless to say I decided to take a very extended break from it.

Not for everyone.

I kind of doubt the DT's have anything to do with this; that's asinine to even suggest.

my new go-to hangover prevention is pedialyte. get the individual powder packets and drink 1 b4 going to sleep. worst case drink one as soon as you wake up but its way more helpful if you do it b4 bed.
