Is it known if Christina Applegate is returning for the sequel?

If not her, there's plenty of other generic sets of tits they could get to play her role, but you know, it would be good to see how things are progressing between Veronika and Ron imo.

I'd really like to see "1. Punch Drunk Love" become the OOT equivalent of SE's "1. Chargers."

Also, Anchorman is one of those movies that improves with time, like wine. I was in the Borat >>>>>>> Anchorman camp when they both first came out, now I think they're pretty close.

I was thinking about the Applegate situation: she is an elite level female comedy actress, imo. So would be hard to replace from a chops standpoint, but unfortunately she is older and no longer as hot. Bit torn on what they do with the female lead. At the very least, I hope she at least makes some kind of cameo appearance.

Definitely true for me - there was either an "Anchorman" thread in OOT years ago, or a "Top Comedies Of all Time" or something, and this point was brought up quite a bit.
