wtf dude I thought this episode was HILARIOUS. Jamie Kennedy is a pretty big fail, but Adam's idea bout Jews in mexico is maybe my favorite bit to date.

side note to billnye: also a huge vikings fan.

I find it weird that you listen to Adam's podcast but have never heard of Jamie Kennedy before now.

Not that the two are related, I just think there is a general crossover there that makes those two things unlikely to occur in the same person.

Is it just me or does Jimmy Kimmel seem like he is the Godfather of comics? Like half his guests are like "So, life was rough.. doing stand up.. then Jimmy got me this job!"

I'm hooked on this podcast. I always liked the Love-Line mtv and radio shows back in junior high/high school. Was never a fan of the man show...maybe it was decent, but it seemed to be a complete waste of Adam's element. I've cherry picked the best 7 or so based on famous names/advice from this thread, and I think my favorite so far has been Seth MacFarlane.

I'm too lazy to link, but all you need to do is google "adam carolla podcast" and it should be the first link.

chim,
Selection bias for sure, given that Carolla and Jimmy are friends. I really like Harland Williams as a character actor and decided to give his podcast a chance, but is was really ****ing terrible. I wanted to knock Harland Williams out because he was so unfunny.

I was really disappointed with the Mike Tyson one. It could have been his best one yet if it was 45 minutes and just the two of them. Having the director interject and answer Tyson's questions along with sound clips from the documentary really sucked. Also the way his publicist rushed him out at the end was pretty lame.

I thought wtf when it first popped up, but it was hilarious.

JITB was funny, and made me miss JITB, and JITB ads.

Danica Patrick was interesting, to me at least. I could see if others didn't like it.

And the photo they posted is the hottest I've ever seen her look.

You don't understand the subtlety of his humor.

Did the JITB podcast get any better? I just turned it off like 10 minutes in. It seemed like it was going to be one long, ****ty fast food commercial that was trying to be clever.

First 10 minutes are rough. But then when they stop talking about food it becomes hilarious, and the guy playing Jack, whoever he is, has an awesomely subtle sense of humor and comic timing. Like when Adam starts ranting about automatic flushers on urinals, Jack is like "Do you actually say this out loud in the bathroom?" It's a great podcast.

+1 to the hilarity of the Attack Crow monologue (in the Carson Daly episode). That was genius.

Are there more than 10 Corrola podcasts total?

I just found out about this from the thread and dl'd them iTunes, but I don't see any eps listed with Bobcat or Jeff Ross.

They've taken most of them down. If he's concerned about bandwidth, he should consider alternate forms of distribution. If you know what I mean.

At the very least he should have CD or DVD collections of the MP3s available for sale on the website. I'm not sure how that would jibe with the contract he's running out but there have to be other options. Having all those shows available in some way has to be a big draw.

Yeh, used to not like him. Now, he's probably my favorite guest on the podcast. Joe Rogan for president imo.
