He should because he got another hit! Not only that, but he got two in one day which triggers a 15 point bonus for each person (note that the OP said 25 points but I just noticed that was a typo sorry).

The way I read the rules, it's allowed so long as it's 100% pure Cartagenan Florida snow. If it's laced with X, levamisole, Molly, Polly, or straight Drano, you would not score the points.

As much as I hate to say it, I have Tokyo!! at 162, not 147. Somewhere along the way one of the nine bonuses scored for the Eddie Long pick got missed, I think. Or unless I misunderstood and the two-fer bonus only counts for 15 points *total,* instead of 15 points each. (But that's not my understanding of this particular bonus.)

I hate to give an extra advantage to Tokyo, as he doesn't need it. But the bonuses are what they are.
