While ISIS is not technically a military group due to not being associated with a country's government or private military corporation, it is still a rebel group currently involved in a war with various countries. If he is killed in a drone strike or dies while engaging opposing military groups, then it wouldn't count. If al-Baghdadi were to have a heart attack or OD on something, it would count.
