Do you ship to my country? What are the times in transit?
We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is available on the shipping link within each item's detail page. Click the thumbnail of any item to see the details. For multiple items, add them to the shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and on the next screen, before you enter payment info you can see the cost of the various shipping options.

For international buyers, if your order is under 4 lbs you will have the option of International First Class. This is the least expensive and slowest option. It is very unpredictable. I have seen transit times from 1-12 weeks depending on receiving county. Average is 2.5 weeks. There is no tracking.

International Priority mail tracks to the departure from the US then continues to track in major countries/cities. Time in transit is 5-21 business days. Average is 10 business days.

All time in transit info are estimates subject to postal, customs, weather, labor (and any another problem you can think of) delays. If everything is in stock, and it should be unless it is a pre-release order item, your order will ship by the next business day, same day when possible.

Update: April 15, 2010: We recently updated the site to offer the USPS Flat-Rate priority mail options during checkout. If you are ordering a single item and it fits in the small Flat Rate box, this will be offered. For 2-8 items the medium Flat Rate box will be offered as it will save quite a bit of money as compared to shipping by weight.

What are the USA shipping options are transit times?
Least expensive is media mail. This is a ground/space available service that goes from Las Vegas to a sorting center in Commerce California then by ground to the rest of the country. Time in transit is very unpredictable. The normal range (90%) is 2-21 days depending upon distance from Vegas. There have been cases of 6 weeks in transit. If you need it fast upgrade to another service. Priority mail is 1-5 business days in transit. The average is 3 days. There are also UPS options for ground to overnight services.



What are B-Stock items?
These are distributor returns or publishers seconds. They may have slight printing flaws that do not affect readability or shipping dings/cover scrapes. You can save money on these fine reading copies but they are not gift quality.

Pre-release and out of stock policies:
We will list new items as pre-release when they have not come in yet. You are charged for your order at the time of purchase and it will be in the queue for the first batch of shipping as soon as the item comes in. You many cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Same applies to items listed as out of stock but are still available for sale. If you order a mix of in-stock and pre-release items, unless otherwise requested, the in-stock items will ship right away and the pre-release items will ship separately when they come in.


Return and refund Policies:
Unopened packages may be returned for a refund within 15 days as long as the item is in saleable - new condition. DVDs and software must be sealed in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Open items are refunded at the rate of 50%. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. If the same/like item is no longer available a refund will be issued. Contact us prior to returning a defective item for instructions.

For PC reading and/or transferring the file to supported devices, please download, install and register Adobe Digital Editions from this LINK. This is a free program. Once you have registered ADE then you can execute the link that will be in your order receipt and open it with ADE. Click here for a list of supported E-Readers

If you wish to transfer the file to a supported device, run ADE then make the USB connection between your PC and the reader/phone. ADE should recognize the device and allow you to copy the files to it.

We just lowered the price of 2+2 e-books to match the Amazon Kindle price. Please let me know if you find one that is not equal to or lower that Kindle.

B-Stock = Unread paperbacks that are shipping dinged distributor returns/slight printer errors that do not impact readability.

PDF= Portable Document Format developed by Adobe. These closely or exactly represent the printed book.

Tablet PDF = PDF file that is optimized for tablet PCs but is also viewable on other devices.

Epub= e-book which is better suited for some portable devices and make for a smaller file. These are constructed similar to a web site and organized by chapters. The page numbers usually do not match the printed version.

The e-books offered through twoplustwostore.com and professionalpoker.com are DRM protected by Adobe and need a reader app that supports this DRM. These apps are available for almost all devices that support DRM except Kindle. Kindle does not support Adobe DRM at the moment. The adobe reader product that supports DRM is called Adobe Digital Editions.

The suggested app for iOS (apple) products is the Bluefire Reader.

Highlighting and note taking is app dependent. ADE has bookmarking but I don't see highlighting/notation functions.
