DO NOT buy Math of Holdem. It is remarkable how badly this book is written. The organisation is hilariously bad: imagine a math book written by an 11yo who didn't like math and wanted to play Xbox.
Just saying.

I just finished Math of Hold 'em, and have to agree that this is a very poorly written book. Alot of the concepts are not explained well, these guys are good at math but not so much on communication skills. I spent alot of time trying to figure out what they were trying to say, so it is fairly tedious to get through. There are also errors in the book. For example, on pg 28, they show an EV calculation for a bet offering 9:1 odds, with a 10% probability hand, as showing positive EV, whereas it is break even. There are others. I felt I learned alot from the book, but it was much more difficult than it had to be.
