IF you are not very strong in math, the Mathematics of Poker will just further confuse the heck out of you because it is definitely one of the most (if not the most) difficult and advanced poker book out there in terms of understanding. The book reads like University level textbook.
I have never read Poker Math That Matters and decided not to buy it because it was not really well received on this forum.
Calculating Texas Hold'em Poker Odds Made Easy is also a good book. It is short and I found it quite easy to read. This book will help you get the basis down for calculating outs and odds but you'd need to supplement it with another more advanced book like PMTM to get the most benefit out of it.

PMTM and MOP are both fine books. I'd like to be able to recommend MOP, but really, you are certainly better off with PMTM. The only knock against it is that Qtip comes off like a shill for not declaring his interest above in this thread.
DO NOT buy Math of Holdem. It is remarkable how badly this book is written. The organisation is hilariously bad: imagine a math book written by an 11yo who didn't like math and wanted to play Xbox.
Just saying.
