It is available to them. Increase the odds by asking the store if they have it on order.

All the pre-release orders have been shipped.
You can track them here: linky
If this link shows that your order has not been shipped please email sales at professionalpoker.com and we will check it out.

If the link shows that it has been shipped but no results on the USPS page, it went out today and it takes a few hours to get into the system.

International small flat rate Priority mail and International First Class will not show any results after the pickup as tracking is not included with those services.

Hope to get a solid review soon, I wonder if this is going to be as good as his HoH releases?

trust, but verify

after seeing the rather lackluster advice that was in the two volumes of Harrington on Cash, one would think they would try to re-establish some credibility

and, the longer the authors go without releasing their screennames, the more I suspect they are not significant winnerz. This is an easy step. They are avoiding it at all costs it seems.

Yeah, I don't understand why 2+2 can't release the screen names? Is confirming the credibility of their authors beneath them as a concept?

I ordered this a while ago and selected the $10-$15 international shipping option but it has been listed on my receipt as $38 for shipping. I emailed the professional poker email address but got no reply. It has now been charged to me at $69 (book + shipping) instead of the ~$45 it should have been. Who should I contact to sort this out?

And you don't think that Dan Harrington and Bill Robertie already have enormous credibility? They're not exactly unknown.

You must be in a minority of the very few.

All those people who bought and enjoyed their previous books can't all be wrong.

I couldn't care less about their screen names and like thousands of others I'll be buying their book based on their already strong reputations.

it is not 2+2's decision. dan harrington has always valued his privacy. his choosing not to release his screen name is consistent with the way he seems to live his life. more importantly, the quality of an author's book often has little correlation to their success in their chosen field. the book may be terrific and may be disappointing. given the previous books i think it is worth buying. if you want to wait to read discussions and reviews that also makes sense. this obsession with his screen name and lack of respect for his not wanting to share it publicly seems absurd to me.

I just received mine! The cover art is so sick and the binding is sooo much better than previous books. Only thing that sucks is it got damaged in the mail and there is blue ink on the edges of the pages . Still a sick looking book tho

My book was also damaged in the mail.. the glue that held the package together melted and lead to me ripping the cover to get it out of the package. So far it seems to be a good read, will do more of a review after I complete it.

Just got mine as well. A little blue ink at the edges and a small cover tear, but nothing that I'd notice while reading. Looking forward to digging into this.

No the blue blob and little tear was part of the artwork, was a conceptual art piece, thought it up while tripping out in Barstow way back in '71, and now finally

Spoiler:
Just kidding don't do drugs

How long time will it take (approx) to get the book to Norway with the cheapest shipping option? Is it best to order through professionalpoker.com or Amazon?

I think the cover is fantastic. Bravo!!

No damage on my book, but the packaging is tight and I could see how this happens.

Yeah I was extremely careful while opening after reading the two posts before me, and still tore off a piece of the cover the size of like a skittle, a little smaller.

Yeah be careful opening the package. I lost a piece of the cover about 3"x1". I'm really enjoying the book though, seems very good so far.

anyone breeze through all 500+ pages yet?

I want to apologize for any shipping damage. The book came out slightly wider than normal (thx Gonso) and we had to still make it work with the flat rate boxes to keep shipping costs down for everyone. I know that after the first day of shipping we were trying a couple of methods to help the problem of the packing box glue getting on to the book so I am hopeful that those will do better. Cant explain the ink transfer comments were are receiving.

We might switch to wrapping the books with bubble wrap and placing those into flat rate envelopes.

Mike

I feel like 2+2 regs wont get much from this book until part 3 when discussion on range distribution is covered and then the actual strat on micro and small stakes starts in parts 4 and 5. Even the value in these sections are questionable for a forum reg but the book has covered a few things that I was pleasantly surprised about. The previously mentioned range distribution discussion was good imo and the 3bet-4bet section in the micro stakes strat was impressive to me also.

Overall, I feel like if a beginner w/ some prior knowledge of the game read this book they would benefit from it significantly. As far as the average 2+2er, the benefits would depend on the individual's involvement in the forums and knowledge prior to reading the book.

Cliffs: The book picks up steam in Part 3, may be of questionable value to an already experienced uNL grinder/2+2er but is by far the best mainstream book on the market to a beginner.
