tournament poker book?

Hey there guys!, im looking for an up to date poker poker (one thats fairly new (not harringtons)) for low buy in tournaments for both live (under 200) and online (under 5)... which on explains the basics the best and helps me switch over from cash? i read the "how to win a tournament one hand at a time" one when im on the crapper! haha

Poker Tournament Formula.

For small buy-in tournaments, you don't really need something up to date. The play there is the same as it ever was.
