The address is needed for credit card verification on the 2nd checkout page. Doesn't really matter what you fill in on the first page, but if you fill in the billing address there, there is a checkbox on the next page that will save time, "Check this box if your billing and shipping address are the SAME."

when i enter my card number ( tried 5 times and couble checked 3 times) it gives this error:

"This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a valid Credit Card Verification Number."
i entered a 16digit code like this

The CC verification (security) number on a Mastercard should be a 3 digit number on the back of the card. If there are multiple numbers only use the last three digits. This is quite normal to verify that the card is in your possession vs someone that lifted your number nefariously.

But when i downloaded it i had to like make a account for adobe or w/e. I skipped that . cause it looked weird. So now i cant share it on my other pc, but i didnt care cause i wanted to print it.
I managed to open it regardless, but i can't print it , why is that?
Normally it wouldnt be big problem since i can read it on my computer, but tomorrow this computer is getting restored (delete everything, restore computer etc, since its supper slow etc).. So does that mean i then cant look at this file anymore?

Thee following has been repeated a few times in this thread and the FAQ stuck at the top of the forum. The instructions are there for a reason. The receipt uses the term "register" twice.

Adobe registration assigns ownership of the file and allows you to share the file with devices that use the same registration. Without registration, the file is locked to a single device. If you register after the download - all DRM protected files become unusable.

Bottom line - register first and all works fine.

The link only works once, then if you want to share the file, you must copy or transfer it between devices which have been registered with the same Adobe ID. Printing is disabled as the ability to print would defeat the DRM. If you can print, you can print to an unprotected PDF. "Printing is disabled" is stated in the item description.

@monkey, your option, a refund or one additional dl link at no charge. If you go for the link, once you install the file, back it up as you are responsible to protect it in case you need to reinstall it. It is located in My Documents/My Digital Editions

Reply to the receipt and let me know which way you would like to go.

Getting an Adobe ID and downloading it was indeed very much easier than expected. One of those things that sounds a lot more complicated when written down than done in practice. Now I just need work the magic to get it on my iPad so I can read it in the park.

I just thought I'd mentioned I got my copy on to my iPad using Dropbox.

Basically, I downloaded the ePub to my PC using my Adode ID, and then saved a copy of the file into my Dropbox, as I don't want to ever lose it given that you only get one shot to download it.

Then I switched to my iPad, downloaded the Bluefire app, and registered it with my adobe ID.

Then I opened my Dropbox app, found the ePub file that I'd put in there when I was still on my PC, selected it, and Dropbox gave me the opportunity to 'open file in Bluefire Reader'.

After a brief 'exporting file to bluefire' screen, up popped the book in the reader.

Pretty simple.
