Does the ePub open in iBooks on the ipad?

That is not on the list of supported programs. There are several that are compatible with iOS devices:

Just got the book re-issued in ePub format and it works simply great, waaay better reading experience in comparison to the PDF one. Tyvm

I just bought Applications of No-Limit Hold'em. I am trying to view the book on my iphone, but I am having trouble.

I did download the bluefire reader app.

When I follow the link sent to me in the email I just get stuck on a page that says:

URLLink.acsm

Can you provide me with instructions as to how this book can be viewed from my iphone?

I don't use any Apple devices so I have an offer. Anyone that bought this ebook and is the first to write up an understandable process to install, register and load a 2+2 ebook into their mobile iOS device. 1 free ebook DL of your choice from the store with a retail of $30 or less.

Is it possible to unregister devices?
I've already registered it on my PC and android-Phone and would like to also register it on my 2nd laptop, but only if it's possible to deactivate it there again once I buy a new PC/other device.
Also, is there an option for Ubuntu/Linux?

How to install in apple devices.
* first follow the instructions and download adobe digital edition, register and so on...
1- download bluefire app
2- register bluefire app with you adobe Id previously created
3- open the link you received by email in your pc,it will automatically download in your digital editions
4 - click in the file in adobe digital editions and check where it was downloaded to, probably to my documents/ adobe ....
5- conect your device and open itunes
6 - go to apps in itunes
7 - scroll down and you will see a list of apps that you can include files manually
8 select blue fire app
9- drag your epub or pdf file into itunes bluefire folder
10- sync
11 - read.

No idea on that one. Might have to check help in the Adobe site or their ADE support forum.

Got the book 3 days ago, and just wanted to say thank you. 2/3rds through it for the first (and definitely not the last time) and already it has shined a very bright light on a ton of ideas I was completely in the dark about.

Any special reason why Matthew didn't provide a 3betting range chart for BB vs. SB open? (I have the e-book only)

Also another point on the provided ranges, the following hands show up in multiple ranges both are not mentioned with the * that proves they were intended to be in both ranges.

UTG vs IP 3-bet, AKs in both our 4B and C3B range
BTN 4bet and C3B range both contain A4s-A2s
SB vs BB 3bet, C3B T9s and 98s in both ranges

Not trying to nit pick, I understand the book is providing us with theoretical knowledge of the why and how, and the chart is merely an example of what could be good preflop. But if these are mistakes, and did end up in the book, and they pop up so early in the book, I become a bit wary about all the work done for the later content in the book. While I won't reach that content any time soon, since I am studying the book it will take some time to get through all of the content.

I never used Adobe Digital Edition software before and after a small misstep I can't even open the book anymore. The problem was that I didn't have an Adobe ID at first. I tried creating one today and screwed myself over. So don't make the same mistake as me! Tbh, I don't understand how this kind of software can even exist in 2013 (crude, not intuitive at all). This is my first and last DRM purchase.

I'll keep to the Kindle or hard-copy from now on

Anyways, having said that I read around 50 pages of the book and I really like it so far. It's exactly what I expected and would love to keep reading
