Getting all type-os out of a book is very difficult even though we do a lot of proof reading. However, we did not do an index with this book and our index builder often catches a couple of type-os. So perhaps she might have caught these.
On Mat Janda's new book, we have done extra proof reading and it's now with our index builder. So hopefully it will be close to perfect.
