I think The Grinders Manual is excellent and the two Janda books as well. 100NL is not a place to start online though. You should already have read and understood these books before you reach that level.

100NL online is like nosebleeds live for skill.

I'd start at 1c/2c

Yup - as DooDooPoker says online 50c/$1 is for those that really know what they are doing

Completely different skill level from live games, which are the equivalent of 1c/2c online
