When I first read it years ago, my mental game was real sharp. I almost never tilted, quit the games appropriately, didn't let ego get in the way, etc... I felt that it just reinforced a lot of the things I was already doing. A few years later, my mental game really took a nosedive (run bad, led to play bad), and reading it again really helped to get things in line. I would highly recommend this book, and to peek back at it from time to time as you feel you need it.
