If you move your mouse icon over any posters bolded name and click you will then see a drop down menu. The second link will mention the action: ' Send a private message to ... "

Poker Isometrics has been added to the Smashwords Premium Catalogue for distribution to iBooks, Nook, Sony, etc, however it may take up to a few weeks for the book to be available on those sites.

The book is available now in the ePub format directly from Smashwords at

Hi Anton,

I recently purchased your book. I really like it. It is well written with very good picture diagrams. However, I've been looking for a certain section and I have been unable to find one on just general guidelines on frequency and duration of isometric workouts. In addition, I also do general isotonic workouts at the gym (a.k.a. lifting weights). Somethings I'm just really wondering are:
  1. what is a more or less ideal but practical length of time to work out I symmetrically on a certain group of muscles. For example, for the chest would be maybe 20 min?
  2. how long should you wait after working out a certain muscle group to let it rest and recover before working it out again. In addition, if you're like me and are working out at the gym, can doing isometric workouts slow your muscle recovery in a similar way that lifting weights on the same muscle group 2 days in a row can be a bad idea? Any general advice on this would be appreciated.

thanks and once again thanks for the good read.

Re: Poker Isometrics

How can the things laid out in this book be applicable to online poker?

Total failure: Your arms are to fatigued to lift up your hole cards or a chip. Your legs can no longer stand. You have to carried out of the room.
