Can anyone please tell me if Doyle Brunson's Super system 1 and 2 is worth reading for today's modern poker games? Also David Salansky's Theory of poker and NLHE cash game books. When i buy books i tend to just buy books that are no more than 2 years old, so i'm just curious if i'm missing out by not having read such popular yet old books. Thanks so much and good luck at the tables!

Well "Salansky's" will never go out of date because theory will always apply and never "change".

Super System 1 in 2016. LOL. I've never read the second but I'd imagine that it'd be on the lower tier of books that you'd want to buy to improve.

thanks man and lol yeah i figured todays game is much more aggressive which would make this read quite pointless. I'll read Theory of Poke then, thanks!
