I certainly don't think it's lower on content than it would be if it were just Moorman talking through his own hands (and I think the structure makes it a better educational tool).
Hi thunderbolts:

This sounds fine to me, and if this is the case, let's get it known.

Best wishes,

I'm about 100 pages into the book. I like the selection of hands discussed. The hands address tough spots that come up all the time or different lines based on Brian's mid-stakes approach followed by Chris's professional analysis. If you're a professional, obviously this is a different read for you. If you're not a professional, there's something to learn from just about every hand. My take-away is that it's about thinking more carefully about every hand and trying to find lines that work better than what's easy or obvious. Easy generally means ABC or a more passive line. Rationale for more aggression that comes from Chris, within the context of each hand, makes sense. I find that my level of thinking is closer to Bryan's. Thus, the book for me is like getting feedback on how to play better (and think a bit more) from one of the best. Good value.

I'm wondering if check/call on the flop in hand 12 isnt an option?

Probably not terrible 4way but seem fold equity + real equity make it good enough spot for cbetting. Also board texture not hit that much opponent ranges for more fold equity for us.

Why you want c/c there?

I read the whole book but found myself skipping Byron's analysis and just reading Chris's part , so in effect it was more like half a book I think it's ok and there's some decent stuff in there about properly thinking about all available options in hands and planning future streets . However it's pretty disappointing for people buying it hoping to get some advanced strategy from a legend such as Moorman . Also I'd much prefer if the HH were reviewed with more structure on specific topics rather than random HH jumping from one topic to the next . And the way the HH were analysed would have been better more as a conversation looking at each street with both players thinking on it , rather than a wall of text from Byron then a wall of text from Chris .

Some people are disappointed with the book, they thought Chris would be dissecting his game and strategy. But if you go on D&B pokers website they give you a chapter or two for free so your not buying the book blind, you know exactly what your getting.

Just finished this book and I, a beginner who has only been playing MTT for a few months, learned quite a bit from it. I approached it by going through my own thoughts on a hand, then reading Byron's take, and then Chris. Found my thoughts mirrored Byron's more than a few times, so I was able to take a lot from Chris's thoughts.

More often than not, I would read a hand one way, then learn something from Byron's thoughts, and then something else from Chris.

Probably wouldn't be of much use to mid-level or higher players, but I can recommend it to beginners.
