Books for a cash player to transition to MTT?

Hey guys, I'm a solid winning live cash player at 2/5 5/10 and have been recently trying to take a stab at live tournaments.
Haven't been seeing much results there unfortunately and while it may be chalked up to variance, I'd like to assume that I'm not in my element in tournaments and must be doing something wrong.
I'm looking to read somewhat advanced books that can help that missing link click in my head - looking for books like Raiser's Edge but maybe slightly more advanced; preferably books that also discuss ICM as that's the concept that's relatively foreign to me as a cash player.
Any recommendations? Thanks!
