For those who missed it, Mason's Publisher Note this month disclosed the following.

For those who don’t know, the first issue of our Two Plus Two Online Poker Strategy Magazine was published in January of 2005, and our current editor, Bryan Clark, has been on board since the September issue of 2006. Furthermore, since that time, David Sklansky and I have written lots of articles for it. So at David’s request, Bryan got all the articles together and our plan is to publish a book of many of these essays. We haven’t yet agreed on a title, but we have agreed that it’ll probably only appear as an eBook, and the price will be very low.

As someone who prefers a printed book, I would ask Mr. Malmuth to consider releasing a printed version too.

Hi Alternate Identity:

We're going to look at printing a few paperback copies. The problem with this is that we want to be able to sell this book at a very low price, and if we go to a short print run, it will cause the price of the printed version to be much higher

By the way, 2+2 still sells more printed books than we do ebooks, so we know that there are many people with your preference.

Best wishes,
Mason
