Little advice on starting a book?

Hi, i'm playing around NL16/NL25 and want to get more into theory (most theoretical book i read before about cashgames was Harrington on online 6m cash games) and i especially feel like i should get a better feeling what my x/c x/r ranges etc should look like in a balanced way. Is Application of NLHE still a good book? Or is it outdated? Any other suggestions i would be better off with?
Thx.

For a simple primer on Game Theory Optimal poker, check out Ed Miller's "Poker's 1%."
After that, you can dive into the deep side of the pool with Matthew Janda's "Applications Of No-Limit Hold'em"

If you haven't read it already, the best book about poker to start with is Theory of Poker.
