Re: Let There be Range.

Hi

Im 50nl reg taking shots @100nl. Im able to get "let there be range" for 6buy-ins which is kinda cheap but im still not sure will that book help me at all.
I bought Millers latest book and I regularly watch stox/cardrunners videos.
Do you think this book could push me even further?

thanks

NOOOOO. This book is basically for guillable fools that believe theres a pot of gold at the end of rainbows. It's the slowhabit plan/scam to get rich. If he can find 500 guilable fools to pay him $1000 for this or whatever they are selling it for, hell make $500,000.00. Who needs to grind poker when I can sell $1000 books to nimrods. Theres not that much skill to poker. It's all a mirage.

lol have you read the book?

i think it would be very useful to a 100NL-200NL grinder, and slightly less useful to decent 400NL regs. I still think investing the same amount of $ in coaching would you more bang for your buck.

And just reading what's already in print and using that same money to bankroll your own personal experience and learning curve at the micros is an even bigger bang for your buck.

Re: Let There be Range.

All you have to do is play play play, and think logically and analytically in every hand. You do have your own brain you know. All the best players never had any "coaching"..LOL. And these coaches trying to charge MORE than most Ivy league educated lawyers per hour is fin hilarious.
Don't get me started on this.

Re: Let There be Range.

How much time did the best players devoted to the game, and how much can you?
How should you price something that could help your students/readers make good money?

Re: Let There be Range.

Didn't it start out at 1800, I wonder how many paid that price. I think I'd be pissed if I did. Well maybe not, if I was that stupid to start with I wouldn't know I got screwed

Re: Let There be Range.

I reviewed it on my blog.
There also are other review topics about LTBR here on 2+2 (I don't have the links at hand, use the search function).
